Getting long tubes beforedoing a turbo is like getting a hand job before youget a hooker, it's just a waste of money.

I always wondered about that... could you fab up something to make long tubes work with turbos? Or would it just not work because of clearance? Or is it just a bad idea to have turbos on long tubes?

I know alot of people on here are probably wondering about these questions. I have for a long time.

When you run a turbo, upgrading the headers become useless. The point of long tube headers isthat itopens up your exhaust more, but it dosn't matter how much you open it up if it's going to run stright into a turbo. It might be possible to run a turbo with long tubes, but it would be a waste of money and create more turbo lag.
