Default Steering issue

Ok so my 1997 3.8L has recently had it's 3rd powering steering pump installed in less tehn a year. they all grind and whine so I have kept replacing them under warrenty. Does anyone know if this is a problem with power steering pumps, if so is there a after market one that will this issue?

no issue that i know of with them. you probably have had a bad batch of pumps or your rack is going bad which can cause pump failure.

they do while alittle but going bad doesn't seem to be a problem with them

Do you have underdrive pully on your car. if so that could be the problem.
