so, from viewing treads here and there, i've noticed a strong hate\dislike for neons and body kits. why so? yes, there's a differance between a car that looks fast, and one that actualy is. but what's wrong with having both?

 

It all comes down to personal taste and persnonally I dont like neons and flashy crap, I like function.
I cant justify spending money on visual things and hardly on audio.

I guess I am just more race oriented.

 

I see no reason for subs, My Mach system does the job fine. Neons i think just look totally retarded on ANY mustang, let alone any car. Thats my opinion. And why spend your money on that, when you can get somthing that will help your performance(wich the 6ers need) I dont need neons to get me even more noticed by the cops. IDK i see it the same thing as buying a hudge *** hummer, lifting it, and put super swampers on it, when the thing will never see dirt, its all just to show it off.

why do you think the only cars you see are ricers, or ricer wanna be's (ive seen mustangs with fart mufflers hanging out the back). you dont put neon lights and retarded looking body kits (there are some that are acceptable though) on a muscle car, thats left for the fart canned imports that cant be fast so they pretend. your an idiot if you want to drive around on the streets with flashing lights under your car...those wereintended for showcars anyways.

Neons are for ricers, but you can get some good lookin body kits as long as you dont go overboard with it.

yes but have you seen some of thesecars driving on the roads though? thats what happens when you let morons "do what they want". you CAN put whatever the hell you want on your car as long as its not illegal, but that doesnt change the fact that the vast majority of people are gonna think your an idiotwhen they see you driving down the road.
