Default E-Brake Light, flashes

This was brought up probably a month ago. When i accell or brake sometimes my e-brake light flashes, as of late it has become more solid. If I'm on a highway ill tap brake quickly to jolt the car and it goes out. I assume something is loose. If i take parts of the car apart to look for the problem, where do i start? I havent bought the repair manual yet.

i dont think anything is loose, mine did it too and the way i fixed it was to add brake fluid.
