I agree with what was said before about getting higher speed rated tires before even thinking about going too fast. Last thing you wanna do is lose control at 100+ and end up on the news or in the obituaries of your local paper. Do some research and take the necessary percautions to get your car ready for that kind of speed, then go have a little fun. Remember, although street racing is fun, keep it on the track. LoL...

i have a totally stock 00 v6 and i would say it is definately floaty at 100mph maybe even a little before

what do you think the top speed would be on 4:10s?

That's why I put in the Eibach Pro kit, a BBK strut tower support bar, a rear swaybar, with the rear end out of a GT,and the front swaybar off of a GT, which is bigger than the stock one on the V6 models. I plan to do a lot more suspension work in the future...but supercharger installation comes first!

Not good, man. With the 4.10 ratio, you'll be whining like a motherfu--er all the way. 4.10 gears are good for drag racing. Not for canyon running or freeway speed battles.

I got a GT rear swaybar siting in my garage gota install it haha hate fishtailing with the 4.10s lol. But eibach pro kit FTMFW! And with 4.10s you can top them out at 130 but who will ever wana go that ****ing fast?

94-98 - 112 mph (limited)
99-04 - 118 mph (limited)
05-08 - 116 mph (limited)

I can vouche for the 94-98 models and he's right. 112mph and she will cut out after that. It will make you feel like you broke it. Wow, only 116 for the 05-08's. More horsepower and only 4 mph more. Bummer. Enjoy!

J hit 174 with his TT set up. There isa 4.5L V6 that did over 200 in the quarter - but that is different block than the 3.8L, so don't get any ideas.

Best bet is to look at those square white signs with black numbers. Those are called speed limits. Drive at those numbers or lower. No point in racing unless you have a race car. Everything else is just rice.
