Targa Top ?'s
ORIGINAL: RyansQuick6
The kit from JMS was around $4K if I recall, with them installing it and doing all the structural upgrades other than the cage that they recommend, so look at a bit more for yours.

I'm going to convert mi 2005 to a targa top as soon as I get a lil free time. I will make my own kit and parts will REQUIRE:
SUbframe connectors(safety)
6 point roll cage (rigidity)
weather stripping(water proofing)
Ford stock latches from a 94-up convertible mustang( easier to use stock ford parts)
207 SUperglue ( used to butt rogether contoured weather stripping to seal roof)

Targa tops are awesome. You get the benefit of a convertible without some of the trouble, mainly slashed tops [:@]. But I don't think I'd spend $3000 doing it.
After reading that article, I notice is refers to the engine as a single cam in the caption of the engine picture. However, in the article itself, it mentions all the mods and calls the engine a "twin cammer". A dohc would make 345 with those mods, so maybe its true, or total bs.
