Default Exhuast?

I'm looking at a MAC 2.5 inch exhaust with 3 inch chrome tips. I have a 2000 Stock V6. Will this make it sound badass? Or what is a good cheap system?

Hey now...

I have heard a couple sixxers with MAC's that didn't sound bad at all...

Not that I would recommed MAC for anything except for LT's for lack of any other options...

If you are looking for cheap, have a shop fab you up an h-pipe and hit up some force pro's from summit, and pick up some GT take-offs for cheap and call it a day.

One more question...i was thinking about how badass this could be...one muffler, Force Pro-Series muffler (single inlet, dual outlet) and running the pipes from there to a side exhaust with a rectangle tip..good idea or bad

Not really worth the money, time, and effort for little to no gains, maybe a slight different sound, but no much. I would get a shop to fabricate an H pipe (Go 2.5 if you plan on big mods, if not, stay with the 2.25, it's more than enough), get some flow 40's, 2.5 tips angle cut, she'll look NICE!!
