Default help quick!

ok we installed a windstar intake on my firends car and now we go to start it up and just jumps up too 3k rpms wat is wrong help!

check the vacuum lines....is the intake all you touched?

it was the windstar intake kit. maybe the tps? ohh the egr was taken off and we didnt get that vac leak but still have problems

well....usually with a vacuum leak the rpms have trouble staying up but there are exceptions.....is the throttle open when you turn it on?

it jumps up with it closed that is what were not understanding.how do we set the tps in? just put it on or is there someway it has to be put in

Are you sure the throttle body is staying closed? And are you sure you have all your vac lines run the correct way?

did you run the line for the throttle cable correctly is it keeping the throttle plate open

No need to yell. We are just trying to help you. Mymustang44 also has the windstar so he has more experience with it than i do. But when i run out of ideas like this, if it were me, I would just take the intake off and do it again but slower....It doesnt take that long anyways
