So to recap into one complete post:
If you are driving a v6 stang that has a 7.5 stock rear end. You can swap it out directly with a 8.8 from a GT. And the 8.8 comes stock with a LSD and 3.73 gears.
Questions:
1. What is the stock gear ratio in a 97, v6?
2. Do you need a tuner?
3. Any forseen problems other then possible rebuild or the like?
