Default wheel studs

guys i need help, i have a 98 V6, and my front right wheel is kinda stuck on. one of the bolts stripped out and the wheel stud spins with the bolt. is there a way to only replace the studs if i grind the last stud off and have 4??? please

If the splined portion of the stud is chewed up but the hub is fine, then you just replace the stud. But if the stud opened up the hole in the hub, then you're going to have to replace the hub. You've just got to get that one stud out, that's going to be the tough part.

If the stud has stripped out part of the hub you should replace the whole hub assembly.

I'm not an expert on this but if the stud to wheel fit isn't too bad, I'd be inclined to butter-up the spline with JB Weld metal repair epoxy and remount the wheel to align the stud off the others. Let the exopy cure and torque the associated lug nut to specification.
