Default Missfire Need Help

i got an 01 V6 with a troublesome misfire. Coil, wires, sparkplugs, have been replaced. Misfire is only on cylinder #1. I have ran fuel injector cleaner, along with seamfoam at different times. Seafoam was done at the manifold, crankcase, and fueltank. Fuel filter has also been replaced. Car has about 130K miles on it. Any suggestions would be great. All sparkplugs have been gapped to .65 to accomadate the deamon coil.

Try to run a compression test on all the cylinders and compare #1 to the other 5. at 130k miles its not a bad idea.

keep it simple first, you need compression, spark, and air/fuel to create a combustion.

You seem to have elimnated the spark side of the 3, check compression, if youre not having any problems or differences in that area, then i would start checking for issue in fuel delivery.

Even though you changed out most of your ignition side, what does the plug in #1 look like?
