Default Rain rain go away

Hey guys. It was raining really hard tonight and my buddy hydroplaned his 2001 3.8 into a curb. The side of his wheel was torn up and tire was depressed on the impacted section. There was a huge notch about halfway down the lower control arm, which also seems bent, because the toe of the wheels are outta wack now. From what I could see in the dark these are the only problems. How much is it going to run him for a new lower control arm (assuming nothing else is wrong + labor fees). Thanks a bunch.

Could buy some tubulars while he at it, and do it himself in about 3 hours.

Yeah he should upgrade while he has the excuse to and he could pick up a set for under $300 and learn a thing or two and install them himself.
