Your compression ratio is too low to make 250 rwhp... I say 235ish. Get better brakes, suspension, and for Christ's sake, get an 8.8" if you plan to make 400+ rwhp. You d o also have to understand there are plenty of very badly running 5.0s. Hell mine ran 16s and high 15s until I got a new fuel pump. Since then things have been good.
