you have to pull the diff apart to change it, but backlash should be the same so if you get a good manual and and good tools and take your time you could do it yourself

i blew 2 FFRP diffs on my old car, get yourself a detroit true trac and be done with it

The diff I sent has the spider gears so hopefully those will work with it.

Do you have to change all the spider gears or could you just slide the one in and put the pin back in?
