Default Running Rough...Gimme your thoughts

So my mustang is about to hit 178k but it is still running strong; but sometimes it takes a while to get warmed up.

I have been noticing that in the heat if I run lots of errands, say crank my car up like 4 times in an hour that my engine misses a few times and starts running a bit rough. Sometimes its not bad but the other day it almost cut off and it took a good 45 secs till it got running smooth and I could drive it. I have noticed that cranking the car without the air on helps out tremendously with this problem but I shouldn't have to shut my air off every time I want to start my car. Any suggestions on a fix or where to start looking.

It only happens when it is really hot, which it has been a lot lately.
My fuel pump is only 4 years old and like 25k miles on it
The IAC should be fine but I should prob take a look at it
fuel filter and air filter are clean

When was the last time you changed your oil, oil filter, spark plugs, and plug wires?

If its due for an oil and spark plug change then run some seafoam through it.

dump a can of seafoam in it... pull ur plugs out and clean em up a bit...make sure they are still good... get a little brush and clean the wires out and put some fresh grease on the ends of the wires
