Have fun doing that gay-ge face, you're gonna hate it, the needles don't like going back to where they belong if you don;t know what you're doing.

Don't bother with the halos. I made that mistake. They don't light the road for **** and they look stupid at night, and ok during the day. Stick with the stocks and go HID.

My 01' came with American Muscles dual halo Projector headlights and while they are very very bright, thats the only good thing I have to say about them and I will list what I dont like.

1.) Fogs up badly
2.) Halo's burn out and cant replace.
3.) They are NOT fully plug N play, some wiring needed and unless you do it right your going to have shorts when it rains.
4.) The plastic is cheap and damages very easily, mine look blistered, flaking.
5.) The rubber strip comes off easily over time and needs to be re-glued.
6.) They are heavier than stock.
7.) I dont like the looks too much.

So for the ONLY ONE GOOD THING there are SEVEN bad things.

btw, I had (Sold those POS's) another set of 1pc. dual halo projector lights on my 95' and I had the same problems.

Hell I even had the wires heat shrinked and I still had shorting because the rubber bulb bucket didnt fit too well to the housing.

I also have friends that have tried and hated these, so I have pleanty enough experiance with these to give them a "STAY THE HELL AWAY" rating.

I had those same ones from AM and I agree with everything you said except for the brightness thing. I put the $20/ea silverstar halogens in there and I couldn't see a god damn thing.

thanks for the input guys.
just bought a black billet grille set, and a third brake light decal, and an 8 in ant.

might stay away from the fog lights due to have to purchase the wiring harness and money is somewhat tight right now.

just bought a CAI and am looking at HID lights to replace the ones i have now.

DDMtuning is supposed to have good HID's as far as cheap sets go.

If you know anythign about wiring, you can make your own harness. Its rather simple after you figure out the relay.

All you need is some wire, a relay, shrink tube, connectors and a switch, if you want a switch. You can run a fuse but I was told not to since I have a relay and that is basically a fuse.
