Default Heater tube , 2000 ford Mustang GT 4.6

Hey did u ever get that Heater Tub taking out ? If so let me know how , I'm dealing with the exact situation but I'm leaking coolant through the connection to the water pump Niple. If any advise I will take it all. This is my first time taking off my manifold any tips on what to do before putting her back together. Please let me know. Thanks !!!

Gasket ???? When replacing the Manifold ???? What is that exactly ?
