Could get a Pypes offroad X found here, http://www.americanmuscle.com/pypes-...-or-xpipe.html and then choose any GT catback system.

how do i figure out if its street legal where i am?
) besides that all mufflers and piping will be smog legal. Just be happy you dont live in Cali. Its even worse here.

The pypes system would give you the best sound, just throw a set of high flow cats in there and grab whatever GT catback you want like Franchi said.
You can get slip on cats so you can do everything yourself.
