1999 mustang will not start was sitting for..
was sitting for nearly a year, i put in fresh gas and a bottle of heet and a new battery. Also tried some starting fluid yesterday.

It's a good idea to remove the plugs and put a little oil in each cylinder then turn it over by hand before using the starter. If something rusted up you can do a lot of damage by turning it over with the starter. I'd drain the oil and look at it closely. Your video sounds like your engine is full of rocks, I'd get a compression gauge and measure the PSI in each cylinder before moving on. This will tell you if the engine is OK mechanically.

Definitely put a wrench on the crank and see if you can turn it over by hand before trying to start it anymore. Drain and refill the oil. Check/clean/replace ALL the plugs. Check coolant level. All the things that should have been done prior to attempting to start it if it's been sitting for a year. Have you checked the air cleaner/intake? Maybe some rat/squirrel/other animal built a nest in there and it is completely clogged.
