[QUOTE=joe610;7788099]Hello all, I'm back with another inquiry.

Now, first you've probably already did your swap but Yes it will bolt up to your T5, there may be an input shaft issues but unlikely I talked with a guy on facebook and he's showed me many pictures he had the same 2000 base model V6 3.8l 5speed

He said the carb'ed 5.0 bolted right up no need for bellhousing replacement if the 302 comes with the 164tooth flywheel (I believe he said usually found on automatics) but no need to worry it if installing to a manual T5

He said he used stock everything except for the wiring harness he got out of a junked 5.0l Explorer! Your stock rear end will withstand the boost in torque but wouldn't wait to replace that within a year or two!

There probably has been NOBODY in these forms that have ever done this swap personally and only go off what the millions of others have said that its too expensive and a waist of time!

Once you actually talk to somebody that has done it and showed you thier update pics it makes your dream seem reality can't wait to start my swap!!!
