Default issue w/bogging out interment problem, please help

Hello everyone.

I have a 2002 ford mustang v6 5spd 3.8l...

Here's my problem, It only happens some times, mainly once the car gets to normal running tempature. The RPMs and MPH Will not gain normaly/fast, it's very slow to gain speed, and usually the rpms will be limited like 3k. but out of no where it will bogg down and do the above. It did throw and CEL which was random missfires on 5 out of 6 cylinders and one out of six was lean, and maf error. So i replaced; spark plugs, plug wires, maf sensor, coil pack, fuel filter. Nothing helped. It did throw another code saying bank 2 o2 sensor was bad i guess but an o2 sensor wouldnt cause this much rubbish.

Has anyone ran accross this issue yet? Ive read that the 2011 has the simular issue which was a defect in the number 8 piston.

Any help will be appreciated. sorry for the book but i wanted to be detailed...........

Well, the mechanic said the cats temp was 500plus and from the top of the motor around 200. So he said they are bad but there are no signs of them being clogged.
