Default 1998 Mustang A/C Problem! Please help!

I own a 1998 V6 Mustang, and it has been having a couple problems with the air conditioner. For one, it cycles between blowing hot and cold air. The hot air blowing usually lasts a lot longer, and when it starts blowing cold air it only lasts between 1 and 5 minutes. Any ideas?
Another problem is that when i turn it to max ac the air stops blowing hard from the vents. It blows from the defroster and floor a little, but most of the air sounds like its escaping and just blowing into the back of the dashboard. I removed the passenger airbag a while back and noticed it after, but I'm not sure that it wasnt happening before since i have only recently restored it.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it but my coolant levels were fine until yesterday. For some reason it just keeps draining (filled it up twice already) and I can't find the leak. Could this be an effect of my problem?

Thanks
