Im getting some leaking in the back right corner of my soft top. From inside the car, I can see the water is trickling in from the top right corner, and over time a pool starts to form in the vinyl well that's between the back window and the back seat.

I've called around to a number of places where I live, and have been told this is a common issue (I don't think the top or back window panel have been replaced before). Ive also been told everything from being able to patch it, the entire top needs replacing, just the back window panel needs replacing, to everything in between.

Who here has experience with this sort of issue? As well, if anyone lives in the lower mainland of British Columbia, can you suggest to me a reputable place that I can take it in to?

I've used tent repair kits to patch holes myself from the inside. I will say if the idea pops into your head to buy the top and replace yourself forget it. It's well worth the 1200 or so to save that headache and have someone else professional replace it.
