Pedals
I have a v6, thats why Im putting this in here but in my car the pedals are all at a different level. I know a couple people who have the same setup, Im not sure if its just standard for the mustang, but is there any way to adjust them? Or to at least adjust the clutch so its not so much closer than the brake and gas?
they are put like that for a reason..so you can FEEL which one it is, incase you miss it with your foot you know one is higher than the other and don't slam the brakes when you want to actually change gears

You can adjust the pedals. I did to mine. Autobadges is right, they should feel different, but on my 02 there was a HUGE difference, and i struggled to hit the gas hard becuase the gap was so big.
Be careful if you do adjust the pedals though...having your gas pedal stick would NOT be very good.
