i herd people say that if u put an x-pipe on a V^ that ull loose back pressure and hp is that true or just bs

I want whatever this person that told that is smoking. No you will not loose back pressure and hp, you'll gain hp, not loose it. That's what these systems are designed to do. So its bs.

wel they were out of my mod plan but i gues they are back in it along with headers what should i get off-road or hi flow cats?

Well, I got the high flow cats, but its up to you, but off roads won't give you but at best a 1-3 hp gain over the highflow cats, more often than not they equal the same hp gains.

IMO it sound better w/o cats. You'll actually lose a little low-end power, but gain high-end power. You won't really notice any of the "bad" side effects, they're pretty small. Overall, I think it helps more than hurts.
