Default Wobble

Ok I have a 01 v6 Stang. The passenger side wobbles when I hit 60-65 I don't know ow why. I bought new Sr performance struts and shocks thought it would fix the issue. Only thing it did was improve the way it handles and takes corners. I'm thinking it might unbalanced tire or wheel bearing maybe even hub assembly.. what do you guys think it could be?

bad wheel balance
bad idler arm
bad tie rod
bad tire

I vote tie rod.
