Default Really need help!

hello fellow mustang lovers, as you can see im new here and i really need some help and im hoping im posting this in the right place, i have a 2000 3.8 L mustang and we where riding down the road and it just died with no warning and will not start but will crank until the battery is dead, it was a show car before i got it, has a brand new engine in it with less then 450 miles on the engine, i have checked fuel pressure and its getting 55 psi, iv checked timing all good there, iv checked all spark plugs and replaced them aswell, all getting spark, iv been told that its getting to much fuel and iv already looked for a fuel reg but the parts house here in town looks at me funny and says it dose not have one but im pretty sure it dose and i cant be sure if that is even the problem, iv replaced crank, cam, temp and two o2 sensors, it has 0 codes and never had any and no security problems that i know of, im putting way to much money into this car when i was told it wouldent have any problems for a long time, im out of ideas at this point. PLEASE if you have any ideas or advice please let me know.

You say it has a brand new engine in it. What kind of engine? Is it still the 3.8 or something different?

The guy i got the car from took it to a shop in TN and had the engine replaced because the old one blew it had a 5 year warranty for the new motor but now it still has 4 years and i dont have the money to take it all the way back to TN to have them look at it. i spent a lot of money on the car its self then this happens and i spend 100s more. Just to find out that isnt working either.
