Yea, i actually have seen 3 or 4 of the v6 kits on ebay go for around $1200. They come up all the time...just keep looking

here is what i have now and im trying to get rid of..what if i keep it what can i do with it? I know I will need like a million other parts to put it together...any advice?!

That is just a turbo compressor. You'd need SO much more than that, it's not even worth listing.
