Soo the 3.8 is offically out of my car, i'm done with little v6's.

 

WOW! i did a donut in the ford parking lot when i bought my car...i drift the sh*t out of my car everytime i get in it and i have 275/55/20 tires and thank god for that liftime replacement from discount tire, i just put a nail in it accidently go in and whala free tire!

 

Is a 4.2 that much bigger? lol. You are swapping in that built black and gold 4.2 right? Whats done to it?

 

Read the fine print. Abuse and abnormal driving void that warrenty.

ya but how are they supposed to know that? i have gotten at least 10 sets of tires in a matter of 3 years and they never say anything. I do live in texas and i guess they arent as strick down here. also it helps to make lots of friends like i have done with all the surrounding discounts.

 

Just looking at a tire is a very easy way to see how it's been treated. Sounds like you got lucky.

 

I warranty tires out a lot of the time and I always look/find for abnormal wear but most of the time it's all from their alignment being off. But i rarely work on mustangs or anything sporty that can spin the tires a lot.
