one thing ive heard people say is that fuel prices are cheaper now, yes they are, but i could afford it easier then now. with bush i was working over 80 hours a week, now im lucky to get 40, and very little of it is cash work. I would also keep $1000-$1500 in cash on me at all times....just for drinking money (ok there were a couple of other things involved as well but still)

I would guess it's an 8 rib - like the Cobras. Are you looking for one? I have an extra I'll let go cheap. It's a UPR (IIRC).
As for gas, I'm not sure gas everywhere is cheaper. I'm still close to $3.50 gallon for the good stuff. I know it was cheaper when Bush was in office for me, but I also lived in MN at the time. FL prices on everything suck.

93 here floats between $2.95 and $3.01.
I can't say that anything has changed for me between Bush and Obama. Other than gas prices better on my wallet, the cars I work on are usually driven by people who gas prices don't matter to so I get the same amount of work/money each week

, I've only actually looked at them twice during the day but they have looked like that
