I gotta move out of this town house . More money in my pocket but not going to be in the city. Brother and his gf broke up so I have no reason to stay here anymore.

Plan is to go back to work until I have enough for a DP on a house. Find a house in my hometown for relatively cheap, no more than 90K. Already found a 1000 sq ft house for 79K, with attached garage(which is a huge plus). After I buy the house, go back to my old job as a mechanic, take a few weeks off every few months to go back to the rigs.
