I always work there when my rig doesnt have work for awhile. Its just a ma and pa shop so its just me and my boss working on cars and his wife is the receptionist.
I make **** all compared to the rigs but Im home every night and get weekends off. Discounts on car parts too.

I was going to get the maximum Motorsport 4 bolt plates but for $30 more I got the BBK Gripp plates and they somewhat match my intake. Now when I get the car painted however im going to need them to paint under the hood lol... the strut towers look like a lot of the women in my city...dirty, mucked up, and dull

. More money in my pocket but not going to be in the city. Brother and his gf broke up so I have no reason to stay here anymore.
Plan is to go back to work until I have enough for a DP on a house. Find a house in my hometown for relatively cheap, no more than 90K. Already found a 1000 sq ft house for 79K, with attached garage(which is a huge plus). After I buy the house, go back to my old job as a mechanic, take a few weeks off every few months to go back to the rigs.

Yeah I'm moving cause they broke up, I had no reason to live there other than my brother wanted me to move in.
The DP on a 80K house is only 4K, 5% DP for first time home buyer. Also has attached garage which is a HUGE plus.

I have boring black CC plates from MM.
My town house was a steal. Bank repo in a nice area... just too far from work. Hour and a half drive each way. No way I'd pay Miami prices. It's easily double or triple what prices were in Minnesota and Texas.... and they have LAND. Something you don't get in South FL.
