Just bought an ODBII bluetooth scanner/device from eBay. In addition to having a code reader, can't wait to screw with the apps they have for Android to work with it.

My X3 is my OBII scanner.

Does the X3 still work on other vehicles for scanning codes if its locked?

Well cash on top would be nice, considering you wouldn't have to buy a car for wifey... but hey I'm just dreaming here...

Kinda, I really really really want that Roush man... I'd totally be willing to wok something out if youre interested. Plus, I'm headed to Florida soon to look at apartments with my buddy.
