ugh, USPS misplaced one of my boxes!

 

I got preapproved for my mortgage yesterday. Now to get back to work for the down payment.

my credits a 740 im sick of renting so its either going to be a house or im buying a nice new peterbilt with 100" sleeper (shower, toilet, washer dryer queen bed, Direct tv etc) and throwing all my chit in storage for a good 5 years.

 

my credit was 732 last February. now its 690. damn phone bill costing me a good credit score.

Good thing is, I only have to put 5% down for the mortgage, plus all the other little fees. Im lookin at less than 10k for a 100k mortgage.

Funny thing is, I was renting a place a few months back(in the city) and my mortgage payment will be about the same as the rent payment. now im going to laugh at all my friends that moved away to the city.

 

im not finding anything for less then 175k for what im looking fore (i dont want a quarter acre) id like to be able to put a nice 15k down but my heads been spinning lately and im not sure what im going to do house, apt, big truck, just pay off my PSD...i also want another stang...or a C6
