never delt with a HOA but wats the worst they can do give you a slap on the pecker? take away your birthday? id just throw cardboard down to make sure you dont make a mess and tell them its an emergency to get it done

Yeah, I'm not normally a fan, but around here you need them to help keep the 'standards' up with who is living in your area. I like having my car outside when I wake up.

 

There is a nice community in Rancho Cordova called Anatolia where we wanted to buy a house but found out the HOA is really strict there as far as cars go.

Aprils 3 colored beast would not be welcome.
