Do/Have any of you guys had a roommate that doesnt clean up after himself?
Mine is one of those guys. Left soup cans on the counter, I told him to throw them away when hes done with them. 20 minutes later he leaves empty juice crystal packages on the counter.
Thinking of buying the house im renting with him in 3-4 months and either a) kicking him out or b) charge him rent >/= mortgage payment

I'm back! Did you miss me after being gone a week? I know I have a LOT of catching up to do.
As for the roomie issue... I've had several TERRIBLE mess makers. Now with Julie and I, it's another story. We mesh well and the place is usually spotless. She forgives my car messes when I make them, and I forgive her desk 'situation' LOL.

the one thing that pisses me off is when he brings a coworker home every-****ing-day and his co worker sleeps on the couch..... every damn night. legit dude but get off my couch, monkey.
I even told him yesterday to not bring him home.... and what do you know, he brings him. texted me before he came home "what do I tell him, he wants to come over"... I dunno, your ****ing 18 almost 19 yrs old, be a man.. do the right thing.
Its his first time living on his own so Ill cut him some slack for another couple weeks.

i just need a new job, i dont get why these companys are doing "prehire" interviews for when someone retires/quits, if you give me an interview give me the ****ing job, dont tell me i sound like a great canidate talk to you in a few months....i need to eat now

So I go to finish my brake line swap tonight... and the end of the brake line is 7/16" instead of the 3/8" I thought it was.... **** sakes.
I guess I could cut and flare it so it has the right size threads...
