My father thinks it'd be a good idea, so it'd all be a matching combo (sides the t-5 tranny) or perhaps just convert it onto my motor. But he thinks the supercharger from the thunderbird would be more dependable as a daily driver then using my garret turbo.

Yeah those M90's were built for a singleport intake. The 99-04 have the splits... So unless you want to do a single-port swap??? That's kind of reverse modifying though... Weaker block, and worse flowing intakes just to start...

M112 or go home honestly, but then you're looking at new hoods, an intake adapter that'll cost you a pretty penny, on top of cobra injectors, SVT focus fuel pump, lightning MAF, Cobra intake tubing, M112 and plenum and TB...

Best of luck to you sir!

Honestly he thought about using the whole motor and using donor parts from my old -94 mustang v-6 (wiring and stuff). I planned on just using my Garret turbo t-5 turbo and stage 1 intercooler with cobra injectors, and matching fuel pump. (if that sounds reasonable) because this will be my first ever turbo application if we go this way. But my father seems to think the old t-bird motor is better quality for a daily driver..But i think i'd be losing quite a bit of power to gain some back due to the restricted ports.

M90 single port on a new edge is like taking one step backward to take 1.5 steps forward. IMO
