So considering taking out a small loan (5-6k) for a new car next summer- sell the contour, and the Sable to pay off the 02 sixxer. thoughts? Was looking into a new crown vic/grand marq, impala SS, a low mile MK8. also possible a nice mustang(a white roush comes to mind, but it lacks DD qualities)

 

Yeah, its not alot.

My question is are you looking for something with good MPG because, and someone can correct me, none of those cars are great on gas as a DD. I do like the Crown Vic, or MK8, never been a fan of the Impalas...

the impala would be the 94-96 LT1 powered one.


mpg isnt huge to me- It needs to get about 20mpg highway, which all of them can do. My old 5.0 Vic got a best of 26mpg!

Id love a marauder, but they are all still 10k+

 

but your not going to get board of it in ~8 months and loose money on whatever you baught to roll a loan over to another vehicle

 

this is true- but Ive made a 50%+ profit on the crown vic and the grand prix. Contour is the first car Ive lost on!
