Yeah, I was but now its between the 95' and the 96' for now! lol

The 96' is almost complete so I guess it could be a benchmark for my stock 95'.

DriverMod will continue, just without the silver car.
I still have vids I need to upload.

thats sad. are both the 95 and 96 6ers?

my car saw the road for the first time in a little over a month. damn steering rack shifted on me so i looks like official completion date of the front end will be postponed a few days, depending on when i decide to work on it

Naw, its not that bad. The 96' is a ton further most others are, V6 or V8.

The 95' has a brand new transmission and new engine.

The 96' has a 2000 splitport engine in it. Its ugly but fast and handles great.
We thought we lost the engine a while back with a coolant failure but it just popped a lower intake gasket. I did a block check on it and no combustion gasses in the coolant.

Here is the run down on Aprils 96' build.

* 2000 Splitport Swap (All porting is my own handy work, perfectly contoured ports, unlike many others home jobs I have seen.)
* Ported upper and lower intake
* Ported heads, port matched on the intake and massive D ports on the exhaust side.
* K&N Drop in filter
* Stock SN95 headers
* 94/95 GT BBK O/R X-Pipe modified to fit the six.
* Boarla's dumped
* VMP Tune via SCT

Things to go in when I swap the rear end this week that are sitting on the floor.

* New Spec Aluminum Flywheel
* New Clutch. I have not ordered this yet. Still deciding 10.5 or 11" I read the 10.5" rubs but have not found much info about it.
* Ford Racing Aluminum Driveshaft
* New BBK CAI (Bought on Ebay so still waiting for it. x_x )
* New CompCams cam and pushrods (was for mine but she gets it now.)

Suspension and Chassis:

Front:

* Ford Racing SN95 Cobra Strut Tower Brace
* K-Member Brace
* Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustable struts
* Maximum Motorsports Caster Camber Plates
* H&R Super Sport springs 1.75" drop with poly isolators
* Saleen S351 35mm Front Swaybar w/ poly bushings
* New OEM end links with Energy Suspension end link bushings
* 03/04 Cobra low friction ball joint A-Arms
* 03/04 Cobra Spindles
* Steeda offset A-Arm bushings
* Brand new New Edge Power Steering Rack
* Energy Suspension Power Steering Rack bushings (Zero offset)
* Steeda Bump Steer kit

Rear suspension:

* 2001 GT 8.8" complete Rear end swap (Will be complete by Friday) Stock 3.27 gears (Aprils stock 7.5" has 2.73 gears, so nice bump.)
* 03/04 Mach 1 Tokico rear shocks
* Dead coil cut from the stock springs.

Interior:

* Complete 03/04 Mach 1 interior swap, not just seats. Everything is Charcoal now even new carpet. The only thing we need is the dash, we have not found a good dash yet. :/
At least she has her air bags that she got from the 01' Cobra parts car.
* Billet aluminum door handles (cant put them on till we get perfect doors.)
* Billet aluminum bullet style door locks
* Mach 1 pedals
* Mach 1 shift **** (Actually every stock **** for 94-04 including the 10th anni lol)
* Mach 1 gauge cluster (Waiting for her Cobra swap, yea this car wont be a six forever.)

Exterior:

* Cervini's Ram Air Stalker Hood (Old school NASA style)
* Cobra Bumper
* 94/95 Cobra spoiler
* 03/04 Mach 1 Rims

Needs new fenders and perfect doors but thats not a big deal. We just got those parts to pass inspection because they were cheap.

When the good body parts go on she is going to have it painted Azure Blue.

Thats all we have now, more mods will come when we get back to California.

I think her 96' is pretty impressive seeing that it was 100% stock when she bought it for a project AND it was Missing the doors, fenders, hood, bumper and some other misc stuff. Clean title Mustang that almost went to the crusher because of some jackass thief.

HI GUYS!!!

I was camping at the local campground from saturday till this morning, putting the new camper through its paces. works great, no leaks, keeps bugs out and enough room for me.

Im still unsure if the water pump works or propane works but ill figure that out later.

Put new tires on and checked the wheel bearings(all looked good to go). Now Im set to go to work tomorrow, dreading the fuel costs.

Here are some pics of just a few of the parts and working on it.
They are crappy cell pics but you get the idea.

Her 96' is all about the law of "Performance First, appearance last."

On her interior she even went as far as changing out the seatbelts so they would be charcoal too. She did all the interior herself and a lot of other things too.

GAH

was using brake cleaner to clear out metal shavings that got into the rotors on my M112. Guess what else it takes off?

Yup, the teflon coating. get to take out the rotors now and strip them- at least i dont need to worry about the possibility of the meth doing it while its on the car

Why wouldnt you take the rotors out to begin with?

Make sure to grease the bearings on the inside before you put the rotors back in.
