Not sure. I love that style more than the Saleen I have... but I think I like it with the round fogs of the Cobra front. Not sure I want to go that far with the body work on this thing. Also, tempted to hack up the 'stock' vents on this hood (Saleen lovers beware...) to make the more drastic and more more air out from behind the radiator for track days next Summer in the FL heat. Since Tiger Racing doesn't seem to be moving too fast (no pun intended) with re-releasing their early SN95 hoods.

Well my search is officially moving forward for a C-SVT for a daily driver so I can make the '98 my track car.

Local one is Silver Frost and bone stock for $2300. Looks like this one, I'd take the stock SVT wheels to black:

Black one is up in MN, built 3.0L swap, coil overs, Wilwoods etc... built to run/handle for $3500. Only thing I don't like is the flame paint...even though it's very well done.

Matt, check the springs on the silver one- thats how mune sat when the front coils were broken.

Also, early-mid 98's used a unique ABS system thats a couple thousand dollars to replace when it goes bad- look for a late-98 or 99-00

Hum.... good to know. The first pic was just an example of the SF I'm looking at. I don't have a good pic of the actual car.

other things to watch for:

-missing SVT parts, can be hard to find (sideskirts!)
-headlights fog/leak
-oil starvation on sweeping right turns, add .5 quart extra
-sunroof can jam up
-mecatronic ABS unit on early-mid 98s
