I went from a 2001 Gran Am GT to this and o my what a difference! I bought the one in the show room, they took it to a place to get it customized. It has 20 inch chrome rims, Has customized seats were it has Stang written on the seats as well as Stang logo on the back of the car, and it has those rear window louvers, the car is just unbelievable looking. My dad is hating cause he said when he drove that car he got a lot more looks then when he drove his 350Z I wanted a V8 but i was just thinking bout paying almost 50 dollers a week on gas and it just isnt worth it and when i seen this car i was just like wow. I will post pictures when i can get my girls camera. Anyways I just put some tints on it and now i want to put an exhaust on it. Im getting ready to buy the MRT AeroTurbine Axleback system http://mrt-direct.com/2005/Pages/mrtaxleback.php Would this be the best one to get, a friend who know how to do this stuff is going to put in on. Would there be a better or cheaper or just as good and cheaper alternative?

Congrats on your new car... it's so exciting! That's awesome how it already has some minor mods to it! I'm actually pondering the same thing as you are as what is the best exhaust to get and I may just go with the MRT aeroturbines. They are a pretty good price next to Magnaflow (about a $100 difference!) and a couple of other well known names. As Maddie pointed out I have the MRT single axle back... it's nothing short of amazing!!! Not only does it sound better than my Magnaflow single it out performs it! And it's less money!!!

Congrats on your new Stang! It's definitely a great experience to buy a car off the showroom. I was thinking of eventually going with the MRT single axle back myself soon as i can build up extra cash for school and all. Hope you decide to go for it!

Congrats on the new car...can't wait to see those pics. I also have the MRT axle back and I can write a novel on how great it is. The perfomance and the sound are second to none. Two thumbs way up...go for it!!
