Ya they only come as large as 17"

I dont have to worry about it anymore. I'm getting polished 18" bullitts today.

I wouldn't even think about getting aluminum wheels chrome plated. I have had a lot of motorcycle parts plated over the years. The steel parts are still looking good even on parts I had done 15 years ago. The aluminum parts are not holding up as well. The chrome does not adhere as well to aluminum, eventually it starts separating and the plating will flake off. Wheels are subject to a lot of punishment with removing/ replacing tires, plus all the road debris and de-icing chemicals. I doubt chromed aluminum wheels would hold up too well.
