Wheels or Tuner?

Wheels or Tuner?
I have enough to buy a tuner or get my wheels chromed so it is really a question of do I want looks or performance.
I don't and probably never will race or go to the track so keep that in mind as well. How much will a tune change the sound of my car also? I also dont want to use anything higher than 87 octane.

RE: Wheels or Tuner?
I just tuned my car with a superchips micro tuner and it surprised me how much of an increase occured. I know alot of guys here really like the SCT. Depending on what other mods you have on your car (exhaust, CAI) the tune can make a huge difference.

RE: Wheels or Tuner?
I love my tuner. Also not a big fan of the stock rims, but if you're interested in a chrome version, you should check out the new line of Shelby wheels.
And why don't you want to use higher than 87 octane? I originally didn't want to spend the money for it, but I think the mpg gains balance out the price difference.

Tuner! just got mine and a badass 93 tune from evolution performance. Best thing I could have done. Makes the V6 feel not so much like a V6 at all. Nice gain. They have 87 tunes also but since I did the C&L CAI I wanted the most out of it. Excellent prices, contact Fred at evolution performance and he'll hook you up.
