Mustang GT cast off muffler, sounds great!
I installed new MAC's on my GT and figured my wife wouldn't want a new mufler. Traken (a fellow forum member) showed me his MRT and a friend of his has a cast off on his Pony so we showed my wife and she was sold!
I installed the cast off today and, well, who decided on all the damn muffler brackets? Holy crap! Anyway after removing the endless bolts and extra bracket I finally got it lined up and bolted in, the fit is perfect!
It sounds louder outside the car but is more quiet than the stock muffler inside, how ironic! It now sounds more aggresive but not overly so and it looks good. If she ever decides to let me go duals I'll be able to install the drivers side cast off as well.

To the bandwidth.... I added a K&N air filter to her car that my work purchased for me for my GT. Who would'a thunk it, they share the same filter! No wonder the GT picks up so much from a CAI.

After reading this, I decided to go throw on the GT takeoff muffler. You aren't kidding there is a difference. I recorded soundclips of both that I will upload when I'm finished with my conversion.
