I was driving home a few nights ago, and the driver in front of me had driven close to the curb, making part of it fall onto the road. I dodged it with my front tires, but my rear-right tired ran over it. Ever since then, I've been hearing these sqeeks and such noises whenever I drive, coming from the rear of my car. After determining the noise was coming from the rear, I got on the ground, and looked for anything wrong with it last night. To my surprise, my axel is now crooked. It's pushed up about 8 inches higher on the right, then on the left. Not only is this noise annoying me, but I'm also worried about my car. I'm not sure if there's anything else wrong with it, but that's what I can see for now.

So now for my question; if I were to take my car to the dealership, would fixing this be under the warranty?
