You should be able to do it yourself if you want to remove the side decals. Just try warming them up with a hairdryer. You'll probably need a good adhesive remover (3M makes an aerosol one) to remove any excess adhesive. Good luck!

I used a hairdryer. It took less than 30 minutes to remove them. Afterward, there wasn't any adhesive, we just waxed it good.

They are cheap looking once you do remove them plus mine were starting to peel off anyway.

I also used a hair dryer to take mine off it took about 45 mins. A body shop tried to charge me $200.00 to just remove them. $100.00 for each side. Like the previous poster said take your time. Good luck.http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y29...08005STANG.jpg

I took mine off last week. It was a particularly hot northern California day, and I didn't need a hair dryer or anything. I just peeled them off nice and slow. Was done in under 20 minutes and didn't leave any residue.

Anyone see any harm in dousing them w/goo-gone before I peel them if? I figured I'd let them soak in it for a few... That won't hurt the paint as long as I wash and wax when I'm done right?

Thanks Guys!
