I'm about to order the MRT Interceptor Hood Scoop from www.MRT-Direct.com and I kind of have a dillema.

I have two vinal(spelling?) stripes down the center of my 06 Vista Blue Mustang and seeing that the Interceptor Hood Scoop will be going over the stripes I was curious as to what I should do. I live in SoCal and am not really familiar with the local car shops, does anyone know a place in the SoCal area that could Paint/Stripe/Install the Scoop at a decent price?

How much am I looking at for those three things?

 

Scrming (John) had the hood scoop installed (same one you had) and had vinly installed on top of the hood scoop. I shot him a PM to respond to this thread, he watched MRT do the install and his other shop do the re-stripe.

I never had any work done by them but I was going to get duals put on and took it down for them to look at it. They're in Torrance, about 25 min south of downtown LA. Chicane tuning, they're very reputable and have appreared in a few mgazines.

 

I get all my vinyl work done at the local sign shop... do great work... I had them stripe my scoop AFTER it was mounted:





Charge me like $50 to do the scoop... the vinyl used is a bit on the expensive side! LOL
