RE: Has anyone done a tlock themselves?
What tutorial..... All I saw in the link above is the actual TLock...
I would love to see a tutorial, and I do want to get my hands dirty!!!
One question I have is how does the tlock affect TCS..... since TCS kind of does the opposite...power the wheel that doesn't spin.....
Thanks

TCS works on both wheels.
With the stock limited slip differential, both tires get power. However, if you lose traction (and TCS is off), only the passenger side side tire will spin. With TCS on, it would apply breaks to the spinning tire, which in turn would put the power on the drivers side tire. If both tires spin, both tires get breaks applied and the gas is cut off briefly while it regains traction.
So, to make a long explanation short, the TLok and the TCS will work with eachother without any other modifications.

my bad, for somereason what was running through my head is that iw ould have to remove hte pinion too lol but you dont have to lol.. , just make sure everybolt goes back to where you found it really. and mix or put backwards the two mains that support the bearings.. usually take a marker and mark perpendicular to the seem, so when you put stuff back your marks should look like they never moved
