you really should make it an equal size cut so when the mufflers are installed they don't look out of place.

it won't crack I did it to mine and it doesn't crack at all I have had it done for a while

if you dont make it bigger your tialipipe will be against the bumper

anddont worry about crazking anything.. your bumper is made of urethan (rubber) lol

What did you use to cut it? What was your process? It looks really nice! I agree with cutting it slightly higher and seal the edge. I might do that to mine if someone had a good outline of how to do it.

I actually kept the stencil I made for the cut out, but since I am gonna have to make it bigger, it won't do much good. I may modify it and then scan it, so anyone can just download it. Sure wished someone had done that here, would have made things a bit easier. I used a dremmel to cut and then changed to a brush tip to smooth it out, hope I don't screw it up when I go back to modify.
