I was just in an accident this past weekend, some kid backed into my front end at the gas station...I got an estimate for repairs from my Ford dealership, and they said the whole bumper has to be replaced. The estimate was for $715, and the kid is giving me cash for the repairs.

Here's my question...do you think that the dealership would get me the gt bumper cover/grille for my car instead? This isn't an insurance claim, the kid doesn't want to deal with insurance, and that's cool with me. I am planning on trying to get my Pony grille back if they do change it out, so if anyone's interested....

yeah, ford will sell you whatever, they dont care. if you asked for a ford gt hood they would probably sell it to you.

Werd. I'm probably going to go to hell for putting ideas in your head... but you can go to Ford for the estimate on GT bumper, grille, lights, wiring, and everything you need to get it nice and functional.. then turn around and go to Diversified Marketing Solutions and pocket the difference for your trouble. Although I would never dream of screwing a perfectly nice kid out of his lunch money. I'm no scam artist.

Here's my next question...I have the V6 Pony Package...will the wiring for those fog lights work with the GT fog lights?

you need some different stuff, but some is the same (so i have heard)

LIKE JON SAID oops sorry . you can get color matched take offs and just get the gt lamp connectors thats the only diff (the bulb connector)
